Refunds Policy

In accordance with the Regulations pertaining to online sales, you have the right to cancel an order for physical goods (ie a sim card ordered from Sim4travel) for seven working days, beginning on the day after the day on which the goods are received. Goods must be returned at the customer's expense. All returned items must be complete, unused and in 'as new' condition. All items should be returned with the original packaging. In the event of goods being faulty you have 28 days from date of receipt to return these.

Please note any credit that has been applied to the travel SIM, either at time of purchase or post purchase via www.sim4travel.com, topup247.com or via the SIM4travel automated credit line, can not be refunded.This returns policy does not affect your legal rights.
